The overall objective of the SES II Transposition Pillar is to foster the effective and consistent transposition of the relevant SES II acquis into national legal orders of Beneficiary countries.
In order to maximise the overall results of the ISIS II Programme, the focus of the Transposition Pillar has been be placed on supporting the transposition into national law of the EU regulations which are essential for the implementation of the SES performance scheme, namely:
EU Regulation 1070/2009, amending the four basis SES Regulations (549/2004, 550/2004, 551/004, 552/2004);
Commission Regulation 390/2013 (Performance Scheme Regulation) – which replaced 691/2010;
Commission Regulation 391/2013 (Charging Regulation) – which replaced 1794/2006.
